totally demotivated and demoralized beyond words! Again, the same thing that happened to my commission scheme last year happened again this year!! Why did I never learn? Sacrificed so much for work, and this is how the company repay me.....sigh.... not worth it at all!! No more sacrificing health, personal time and family for this anymore. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!
